Delicious gluten-free cookies perfect for unexpected visitors. Preparation Time: 25 minutes
Serving Size: 15 cookies
Ingredients:
- 200 g gluten-free oats
- 150 g sugar
- 100 g butter (or margarine)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 g chocolate chips or nuts (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
3. In a bowl, mix together the oats, sugar, vanilla sugar, and baking powder.
4. Add the melted butter and eggs to the dry ingredients. Mix well.
5. If using chocolate chips or nuts, fold them into the dough.
6. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown.
8. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few moments before serving.
