A delicious and filling dish that comes together quickly, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., penne or fusilli)
- 250 g fresh broccoli
- 200 ml cream
- 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water. Add the broccoli to the pasta during the last 3 minutes of cooking.
2. Drain the pasta and broccoli, reserving a bit of the cooking water.
3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the crushed garlic and sauté for about a minute.
4. Pour the cream into the pan and heat through. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until smooth.
5. Add the cooked pasta and broccoli to the cream mixture. Mix well. If the mixture is too thick, add a little reserved cooking water.
6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
