Ingredients:

- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 cup milk (or plant-based alternative)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
- Nuts or seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Peel the banana and mash it in a bowl with a fork.
2. Add the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, milk, cinnamon, and salt to the mashed banana. Mix well.
3. Divide the mixture in half and shape it into two bars or balls.
4. Place the bars or balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 10 minutes, until golden brown and firm.
5. Let cool for a moment before serving. Garnish with nuts or seeds if desired.
