Ingredients:
- 1 liter vanilla ice cream - 200 g toffee sauce
- 100 g crushed cookies (e.g., digestive cookies)
- 100 g nuts (e.g., pecans or walnuts)
- 100 g chocolate chips
- 200 ml cream
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Let the vanilla ice cream sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes to soften slightly. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened ice cream with toffee sauce, crushed cookies, nuts, and chocolate chips.
3. Pour the mixture into a greased cake pan and smooth the top.
4. Cover the cake with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen.
5. Whip the cream with sugar and vanilla extract until fluffy.
6. Remove the cake from the freezer and decorate it with whipped cream before serving.
