This quick and easy pasta is the perfect meal for busy days. It comes together quickly and tastes delicious! Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
- 200 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 100 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve a bit of the cooking water.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add crushed garlic and sauté until golden.
3. Add the bell pepper and zucchini to the skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
4. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
5. Stir the cooked pasta into the vegetable mixture. If needed, add a little reserved cooking water to make it moister. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Serve the dishes garnished with fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese.
