Sticky and crispy wings are one of life's greatest pleasures. These wings are the perfect treat for gatherings or weekend indulgence. Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken wings - 2 tbsp Gochujang chili paste
- 2 tbsp palm sugar (or brown sugar)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). 2. In a bowl, mix Gochujang, palm sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Add the chicken wings to the marinade and mix well until the wings are evenly coated.
4. Allow the wings to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
5. Place the marinated wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake the wings in the oven for about 40-45 minutes, until they are crispy and sticky.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
