This quick and nutritious avocado pasta is perfect for a weeknight dinner. It takes only 20 minutes to prepare and serves four people.

Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti)
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 50 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Drain and reserve a bit of the cooking water.
2. Meanwhile, peel and chop the avocados and garlic. Add them to a blender.
3. Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to the blender. Blend until smooth.
4. Combine the drained pasta and avocado mixture in a large bowl. Add reserved cooking water as needed to achieve a creamy consistency.
5. Serve the pasta topped with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
