Ingredients:
- 1 sheet of thick paper (A4 or A3)
- 1 ruler

Instructions:
1. Take the thick paper and place it on a flat surface.
2. Use the ruler to draw vertical lines dividing the paper into seven sections (one for each day of the week).
3. Draw horizontal lines to separate each day's writing space.
