Ingredients:

- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- Smoking chips (e.g., applewood or hickory)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the chicken: Rub the chicken breast fillets with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
2. Let the chicken marinate at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
3. Prepare the Weber WSM 37 smoker: Soak the smoking chips in water for about 30 minutes before use.
4. Preheat the smoker to around 120-130 °C (250-265 °F).
5. Place the chicken breast fillets on the smoker rack and add the soaked smoking chips to the bottom part of the smoker.
6. Close the smoker and let the chicken smoke for about 1-1.5 hours, until the internal temperature reaches 75 °C (165 °F).
7. Remove the chicken from the smoker and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
