- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- Wood chips (e.g., apple or hickory)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the chicken breasts: Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. 2. Make the marinade: In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and lemon juice.
