Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 pack Wääksyn Farm oak leaf lettuce
- 1/2 pack Wääksyn Farm leaf lettuce
- 4 tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1 pack Wääksyn Farm chopped herbs (such as parsley or basil)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse the salad greens thoroughly and dry them.
2. Tear the oak leaf lettuce and leaf lettuce into a bowl.
3. Add the tomato wedges and sliced cucumber to the greens.
4. Chop the herbs and sprinkle them over the salad.
5. In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad.
6. Gently toss the salad to combine all ingredients well.
7. Serve immediately while fresh.
