Ingredients:
- 600 g turkey strips - 4-6 tbsp rice flour for coating
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 large carrot
- 200 g mushrooms
- 1 lemon (juice and zest)
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Salad greens (e.g., iceberg lettuce or arugula)
- 1 avocado
Instructions:
1. Prepare the ingredients: peel and julienne the carrot, slice the mushrooms, and crush the garlic cloves. 2. Coat the turkey strips in rice flour.
3. Heat the rapeseed oil and sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Add the coated turkey strips to the pan and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Add the carrots, mushrooms, and garlic to the pan. Sauté for a few more minutes until the vegetables are tender.
6. Squeeze the lemon juice into the pan and stir well. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Prepare the salad: tear the salad greens onto a serving platter, slice the avocado, and add it to the salad.
8. Serve the turkey mixture on top of the salad and grate lemon zest over the dish.
