These delicious goat cheese purses are a perfect appetizer or side dish for any festive table. The filling consists of flavorful goat cheese, hazelnuts, and fresh basil, all wrapped in crispy phyllo dough. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 500 g phyllo dough
- 300 g goat cheese
- 25 g hazelnuts (chopped)
- 1 tbsp fresh basil (chopped)
- 25 g margarine (melted)
Instructions:
1. Thaw the phyllo dough according to package instructions.
2. Lay one sheet of thawed phyllo dough on a clean surface and brush it with melted margarine.
3. Cut the sheet into four equal squares.
4. Place about 10 g of goat cheese, 1 tsp of chopped hazelnuts, and some chopped fresh basil on each square.
5. Fold the dough around the filling to form purses.
6. Brush the purses with additional melted margarine.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 15-20 minutes or until the purses are golden brown and crispy.
