Ingredients:
- 1 onion
- ½ jar sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 packet cherry tomatoes
- 1 jar pesto
- 200 g goat cheese
- 1 bunch basil
- 500 g pasta
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
2. Sauté the chopped onion in a pan until translucent.
3. Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and halved cherry tomatoes to the pan. Cook for a few minutes.
4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta with the jar of pesto, crumbled goat cheese, and chopped basil.
5. Mix the onion and sun-dried tomato mixture into the pasta, stirring well to combine.
6. Grate Parmesan cheese over the servings and enjoy!
