Ingredients:
- 100 g goat cheese
- 0.5 dl sunflower seeds
- 0.5 dl milk
- Rye bread
- Chives
- Lemon juice
- Pepper
Instructions:
1. Lightly toast the sunflower seeds in a pan until they turn golden and fragrant.
2. Crumble the goat cheese into a bowl and add the milk. Mix until smooth.
3. Stir the toasted sunflower seeds into the goat cheese mixture.
4. Finely chop the chives and add them to the mixture. Squeeze in some lemon juice and season with pepper to taste.
5. Cut the rye bread into desired sizes and spoon the goat cheese mixture onto the slices.
