Ingredients
- 1 serving of noodles (e.g., egg noodles) - 3 slices of goat cheese
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 250 g mixed frozen vegetables (e.g., from Lidl)
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce (with ginger)
Instructions
1. Sauté or stir-fry the mixed vegetables in a pan over medium heat until they are hot and slightly softened. 2. Cook the noodles according to package instructions (about 2 minutes).
3. In the same pan, briefly fry the goat cheese slices until they turn a beautiful golden brown.
4. Drain the cooked noodles and add them to the vegetables. Season with black pepper and stir in the sweet chili sauce.
5. Mix well and serve on a plate. Place the fried goat cheese slices on top of the dish.
