Ingredients
- 400 g pasta (e.g., fusilli or penne) - 400 g boneless chicken fillet strips
- 0.5 dl sliced sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 yellow onion
- 25 g goat cheese
- 1 garlic clove
- Water
- Rapeseed oil for frying
- Ground nutmeg to taste
- White pepper to taste
- Black pepper for serving
- Fresh Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water and drain.2. Peel and chop the yellow onion and garlic clove.
3. Heat rapeseed oil in a frying pan and add the onions. Sauté until they are soft.
4. Add the chicken fillet strips to the pan and cook until they are fully cooked.
5. Stir in the sliced sun-dried tomatoes and mix well.
6. Add the cooked pasta and crumbled goat cheese to the pan and stir to combine.
7. Season with nutmeg and white pepper to taste.
8. Serve garnished with black pepper and freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
