A delightful and indulgent Nutella cheesecake that will leave you craving for more. This cake is the perfect dessert for special occasions or just a weekend treat.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes + 4 hours chilling
Serving Size: 10-12 servings

Ingredients:

- 200 g Digestive biscuits
- 100 g butter
- 400 g cream cheese
- 200 g Nutella
- 100 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 200 ml heavy cream

Instructions:

1. Crumble the Digestive biscuits into fine crumbs and melt the butter. Combine the biscuit crumbs with the melted butter.
2. Press the biscuit mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to set.
3. In a bowl, beat together the cream cheese, Nutella, sugar, eggs, and vanilla sugar until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
4. Pour the Nutella mixture over the biscuit base and smooth the top.
5. Bake the cheesecake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes. Allow it to cool at room temperature.
6. Whip the heavy cream and spread it evenly over the cooled cheesecake.
7. Let the cheesecake chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
