Ingredients

- 400 g chicken fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 large red onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 4 taco shells
- 100 ml yogurt
- 100 ml fresh coriander

Instructions

1. Cut the chicken fillets into strips and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and chili powder.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add the seasoned chicken strips. Cook until the chicken is done and golden brown, about 8-10 minutes.
3. Chop the red onion and bell pepper. Add them to the pan with the chicken and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
4. Warm the taco shells in the pan or oven.
5. Fill the taco shells with the chicken and vegetable mixture. Top with yogurt and fresh coriander.
