Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., tagliatelle or spaghetti)
- 200 g fresh mushrooms (e.g., button or chanterelles)
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 200 ml cream
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and set aside.
2. Chop the onion and garlic. Slice the mushrooms.
3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until soft.
4. Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook until golden brown.
5. Pour the cream into the pan and stir. Let it simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix well. Grate the Parmesan cheese into the mixture and season with salt and pepper.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
