Delicious, soft buns filled with sweet butter and perfect for coffee time. - Preparation Time: 1 hour 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 4 dl milk - 50 g fresh yeast
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 1 dl butter (melted)
- 10 dl all-purpose flour
- 200 g butter (for filling)
- 1 dl sugar (for filling)
Instructions:
1. Warm the milk to body temperature and dissolve the yeast in it. 2. Add sugar, salt, cardamom, and melted butter. Mix well.
3. Gradually add the flour and knead the dough for about 10 minutes until elastic.
4. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
5. Knead the dough again and divide it into 12 pieces. Shape the buns into round balls.
6. Make an indentation in the center of each bun and fill with a mixture of butter and sugar.
7. Allow the buns to rise for another 20 minutes.
8. Bake at 225°C (437°F) for about 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
9. Let cool slightly before serving.
