Ingredients:

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup potato flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 50 g melted butter
- 1 cup fresh dill (for savory waffles)
- Chocolate (for sweet waffles, about 100 g)

Toppings:

- Tzatziki
- Feta cheese
- Smoked lamb roast
- Beetroot salad
- Cottage cheese (for kids)
- Strawberry jam
- Whipped cream
- Berries
- Greek yogurt
- Honey

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, potato flour, baking powder, and salt.
2. Add the milk and eggs to the mixture, and stir well until combined.
3. Stir in the melted butter and dill (for savory waffles). For sweet waffles, add the melted chocolate.
4. Preheat the waffle iron and lightly grease it.
5. Pour batter into the center of the waffle iron and close the lid. Cook the waffles for about 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Serve the waffles immediately with your choice of toppings.
