Ingredients:

- 200 g rice noodles
- 2 eggs
- 1 dl green beans
- 1 dl grated carrots
- 1 dl tofu (cubed)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions and drain.
2. Heat sesame oil in a pan and add minced garlic. Sauté for a moment.
3. Add tofu to the pan and fry until it gets a nice golden brown surface.
4. Add green beans and grated carrots to the pan. Cook for a few minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.
5. Crack the eggs into the pan and stir until the eggs are cooked.
6. Add the cooked rice noodles and soy sauce to the pan. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
7. Serve warm and garnish with fresh cilantro.
