A delightful Finnish dessert made with semolina and berries, perfect for a sweet treat.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 liter of water
- 4 dl apple-lingonberry jam or 4 dl lingonberries
- 1.5 dl semolina
- (0.5 dl sugar or 1 dl sugar)
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Bring the water and apple-lingonberry jam or lingonberries to a boil in a pot.
2. Gradually add the semolina while whisking continuously.
3. Cook on low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Season the porridge with salt and sugar to taste.
5. Allow the porridge to cool, then whip it with an electric mixer until fluffy.
6. Serve with milk or oat milk.
