Ingredients:
- Potatoes
- Bell pepper
- Zucchini

Instructions:
1. Peel and slice the potatoes. Cut the bell pepper and zucchini into strips.
2. Boil the potatoes in lightly salted water for about 10 minutes and drain.
3. In a large bowl, combine the vegetables. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs. Mix well.
4. Grill the vegetables over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes, until they are tender and have nice grill marks.
5. Prepare the sauce by mixing yogurt, lemon juice, honey, and crushed garlic in a bowl.
