Ingredients:
- 4 hard-boiled eggs - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves for serving
Instructions:
1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and mash them in a bowl with a fork. 2. Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, celery, red onion, and dill to the eggs.
3. Mix the ingredients well and season with salt and pepper.
4. Serve the salad on top of lettuce leaves or in between slices of bread.
