A festive and colorful salad made with root vegetables, perfect for holiday gatherings.
Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 3 boiled potatoes
- 2 boiled beets
- 2 boiled carrots
- 100 g pickles
- 1 small onion
- 1 dl heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Peel and dice the boiled potatoes, beets, and carrots into small cubes.
2. Finely chop the pickles and onion.
3. In a large bowl, combine all the diced ingredients.
4. For the dressing, whip the heavy cream and season it with salt and pepper.
5. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently mix to combine.
6. Allow the Rosolli to chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
7. Serve at the Christmas table and enjoy!
