Rosolli with Cream Sauce

A traditional Finnish salad featuring root vegetables and a creamy dressing. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 3 potatoes
- 2 beetroots
- 2 carrots
- 1 apple
- 1 dl pickles
- 1 dl peas
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Cream Sauce:
- 2 dl cream
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Boil the potatoes, beetroots, and carrots until tender. Allow them to cool and then peel.
2. Dice the cooled vegetables, apple, and pickles into small pieces.
3. Combine all the diced ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
4. To make the cream sauce, mix the cream, vinegar, sugar, and seasoning together until well combined.
5. Serve the Rosolli with the cream sauce on the side.
