A delicious rosolli pasta salad that combines traditional rosolli flavors with the heartiness of pasta. Perfect for festive occasions or gatherings.

Serving Size: 4–6 servings
Ingredients:
- 250 g pasta (e.g., penne)
- 2 dl cooked beets (diced)
- 1 dl cooked carrots (diced)
- 1 dl apple (diced)
- 1 dl pickles (diced)
- 1 dl peas (fresh or frozen)
- 1 dl sour cream
- 1 dl mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and cool.
2. In a bowl, prepare the dressing by mixing sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Add the cooled pasta, beets, carrots, apple, pickles, and peas to the dressing. Mix well.
4. Allow the salad to chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes before serving.
5. Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
