Serving Size: 6-8 servings
Ingredients:
- 3 carrots
- 3 potatoes
- 2 yellow beets
- 2 apples
- 3 pickles
- 1 onion
- 2 dl cream
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Vinegar
Instructions:
1. Boil the carrots, potatoes, and yellow beets separately with their skins on. Allow to cool, then peel and cube them.
2. Cube the apples and pickles. Chop the onion finely.
3. Mix all the ingredients together and let the Rosolli chill to allow the flavors to meld.
4. Whip the cream until soft peaks form. Add salt, pepper, and vinegar to taste.
5. Serve the dressing in a separate bowl alongside the Rosolli.
