Simple Chanterelle Pie

Ingredients:

- 200 g butter
- 250 g flour
- 1 dl water
- 300 g chanterelles
- 150 g bacon
- 200 g sour cream
- 100 g cream cheese
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Melt the butter and mix it with the flour. Add water and knead the dough until smooth.
2. Press the dough into the bottom and sides of a pie dish. Pre-bake in a 200°C oven for about 10 minutes.
3. Chop the bacon and fry it in a pan. Add the chanterelles and continue cooking until the liquid evaporates.
4. In a bowl, mix the sour cream, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Add the cooked chanterelles and bacon to the filling and mix well.
6. Pour the filling over the pre-baked crust and bake in the oven at 200°C for about 25-30 minutes, until the top is beautifully golden brown.
7. Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
