Ingredients:
- 1 pomegranate
- 150 g Ruska cheese
- 50 g roasted nuts (such as walnuts or hazelnuts)
- 100 g mixed salad greens (such as arugula and iceberg lettuce)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cut the pomegranate in half and carefully remove the seeds.
2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the Ruska cheese for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
3. In a bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, pomegranate seeds, and roasted nuts to create the salad base.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad base and toss well to coat.
6. Top the salad with the cooked Ruska cheese and serve immediately.
