A delightful dessert combining sweet Tawny wine with nutty flavors, perfect for cozy winter evenings. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 200 g nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds) - 100 g dark chocolate
- 100 ml KWV Classic Collection Cape Tawny wine
- 50 g butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
- Whipped cream for serving
Instructions:
1. Toast the nuts in a dry pan over medium heat until golden brown. Allow to cool. 2. Melt the butter and dark chocolate in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth.
3. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt to the melted chocolate mixture. Mix well.
4. Pour the Tawny wine into the chocolate mixture and stir until all ingredients are well combined.
5. Gently fold in the toasted nuts.
6. Pour the mixture into a dish and smooth the surface. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
7. Cut the chilled dessert into portions and serve with whipped cream.
