A delightful cheese and red wine platter that perfectly combines various cheeses with rich Portuguese Penina red wine, creating an irresistible tasting experience. Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
- 200 g brie cheese- 200 g gouda cheese
- 150 g blue cheese
- 100 g cheddar cheese
- 1 dl nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds)
- 1 dl grapes
- 1 dl dried fruits (e.g., apricots or figs)
- 1 bottle of Penina red wine
Instructions:
1. Slice the cheeses into appropriate wedges or cubes and arrange them beautifully on a serving platter.2. Scatter the nuts and grapes around the cheeses.
3. Place dried fruits in the corners of the platter.
