- 200 g gouda cheese
- 150 g blue cheese
- 100 g cheddar cheese
- 1 dl nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds)
- 1 dl grapes
- 1 dl dried fruits (e.g., apricots or figs)
- 1 bottle of Penina red wine

Instructions:
