Ingredients:
- 400 g raw chorizo sausage - 4 baguettes
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika (hot)
- 1 dl Dijon mustard
- Lettuce (e.g., iceberg lettuce)
- Pickled onion rings
- 100 g hard goat cheese (or Manchego)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Remove the casings from the chorizo sausages and shape the meat into four patties. 2. Cook the patties in a skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
3. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise and smoked paprika. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Cut the baguettes in half and lightly toast them in a skillet or oven.
5. Assemble the burgers: Spread paprika mayonnaise inside the baguette, add lettuce, chorizo patty, Dijon mustard, pickled onion rings, and top with slices of goat cheese.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
