A quick and easy stovetop granola that's perfect for using up pantry staples and enjoying healthy ingredients.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings

Ingredients:

- 3 dl rolled oats (large or quick oats)
- 1 dl nuts (e.g. walnuts, almonds)
- 0.5 dl seeds (e.g. sunflower seeds, flaxseeds)
- 0.5 dl coconut flakes
- 0.5 dl dried fruits or berries (e.g. raisins, cranberries)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons oil (e.g. coconut oil or canola oil)

Instructions:

1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the oil.
2. Add the rolled oats, nuts, seeds, and coconut flakes to the skillet. Toast the mixture for about 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly until the oats become a golden brown.
3. Stir in the honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
4. Finally, add the dried fruits or berries and stir once more.
5. Remove the skillet from heat and let the granola cool. Store in an airtight container.
