Ingredients:
- 200 g chanterelle mushrooms
- 100 g cream cheese
- 1 dl sour cream
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley or chives) for garnish
Instructions:
1. Rinse the chanterelle mushrooms and chop them into small pieces.
2. Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the mushrooms. Sauté until they are cooked through and the moisture has evaporated.
3. Mince the garlic and add it to the pan, stirring for a short while.
4. Remove the pan from heat and let it cool slightly.
5. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and sour cream together.
6. Add the cooled mushroom mixture to the bowl and season with salt and pepper.
7. Mix well and serve garnished with fresh herbs.
