Ingredients:
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
5. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss until the pasta is well coated in the creamy sauce.
8. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
