- 500 g pork tenderloin- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.2. Add the chopped onion and crushed garlic. Sauté until softened.
3. Season the pork tenderloin with salt, pepper, and rosemary. Add the tenderloin to the skillet and sear on both sides until golden brown.
4. Pour balsamic vinegar into the skillet and let it simmer for a moment until the meat is cooked through, about 20-30 minutes.
5. Remove the meat from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
6. Serve warm with potatoes or salad.
