A delicious and quick dish that combines pork, egg noodles, and fresh vegetables. This recipe takes only about 30 minutes to prepare and is perfect for a busy weeknight. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 100 g pork tenderloin or pork shoulder- 2 nests of egg noodles
- ½ can bamboo shoots
- 100 g celery
- 1 carrot
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.2. Slice the pork into thin strips. Peel and slice the celery and carrot.
3. Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté briefly.
4. Add the pork to the pan and cook until it is done and nicely browned.
5. Add the celery, carrot, and bamboo shoots to the pan. Stir-fry the vegetables for a few minutes until they are slightly tender.
6. Add the cooked egg noodles to the pan and pour the soy sauce over them. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir-fry for another minute until everything is hot.
8. Serve immediately.
