A delicious and moist chocolate cake perfect for coffee breaks or celebrations.

Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth and let cool slightly.
3. In a bowl, whisk the sugar and eggs together until fluffy.
4. Add the chocolate-butter mixture to the egg mixture and mix well.
5. Sift the flour, vanilla sugar, and salt into the mixture. Gently fold until all ingredients are combined.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the cake is set but still slightly moist in the center.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Optionally, dust the top with powdered sugar or chocolate shavings for decoration.
