Ingredients:
- 2 pork loin butterfly steaks
- Grated Emmental cheese
- Crumbled blue cheese
- 4 olives, chopped
- 1 cup Flora flavored cream
- Tomato-ricotta cheese
- Mixed peppercorns, freshly ground
- Salt
Instructions:
1. Slice the pork loin into butterfly steaks.
2. Season the steaks with salt and freshly ground mixed peppercorns.
3. Top each steak with grated Emmental cheese and crumbled blue cheese.
4. Chop the olives and sprinkle them over the cheese-topped steaks.
5. Pour the Flora flavored cream over the steaks and add dollops of tomato-ricotta cheese.
6. Cook the steaks in a hot skillet until they are done and the cheeses have melted.
