Ingredients:
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 100 g cream cheese
- 100 g mozzarella cheese
- 100 g blue cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 dl heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Roll out the pre-made pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, and blue cheese until well combined.
