Ingredients:
- 800 g potatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp capers
- 2 tbsp caper brine
Instructions:
1. Peel and dice the potatoes.
2. Boil the potatoes in salted water until fork-tender.
3. Drain the cooked potatoes and spread them hot on a large baking sheet.
4. Season the potatoes with salt and pepper.
5. Drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes and add the capers and caper brine.
6. Allow the potatoes to cool slightly before serving.
