Ingredients:
- 1 head of lettuce (e.g., romaine or iceberg)
- 1 cucumber
- 1 avocado
- 1 bell pepper (any color)
- 1 cup peas (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse and chop the lettuce into a large bowl.
2. Slice the cucumber, avocado, and bell pepper, and add them to the lettuce.
3. Add the peas and cherry tomatoes to the salad.
