This red detox soup is a refreshing and healthy option that cleanses the mind, soul, and body. It’s perfect as a starter or a snack.

Ingredients:
- 2 carrots
- 1 beetroot
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 0.5 dl lemon juice
- 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt to taste
- 4 dl water
- 1 avocado
- Coconut whipped cream for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel the carrots and beetroot.
2. Chop them into small pieces and place them in a blender.
3. Add water and blend the mixture until smooth.
4. Add apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and salt. Blend again.
5. Check the consistency and add more water if needed.
6. Add the peeled avocado to the blender and blend until smooth.
7. Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve with coconut whipped cream.
