Ingredients:
- 1 large salad mix (e.g., iceberg lettuce, arugula, spinach)
- 1 cucumber
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 bell pepper (e.g., red or yellow)
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse the salad mix and dry it thoroughly.
2. Dice the cucumber, tomatoes, bell pepper, and avocado into small cubes.
3. Thinly slice the red onion.
4. Combine all the vegetables in a large bowl.
5. In a separate bowl, mix the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Pour the dressing over the green salad and gently toss to coat all ingredients.
7. Serve immediately while fresh.
