Ingredients:
- Whole grain rice
- Broccoli
- Brussels sprouts
- Salmon fillet
- Salad dressing (e.g., vinaigrette or your choice)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley or basil) for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the whole grain rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
2. Wash the broccoli and Brussels sprouts. Cut the broccoli into smaller florets and halve the Brussels sprouts.
3. Steam the broccoli and Brussels sprouts quickly until tender yet still slightly crunchy.
4. Cook the salmon fillet in a pan, on the grill, or in the oven until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Assemble the salad: place the rice on a plate, top with the steamed vegetables and salmon.
6. Drizzle the salad dressing over the salad and garnish with fresh herbs.
