Ingredients:
- 200 g sea cabbage
- 1 onion
- 2 boiled potatoes
- 100 g Russian pickles
- 2 tbsp cold-pressed sunflower oil
Instructions:
1. Drain the sea cabbage from its brine.
2. Dice the boiled potatoes and pickles.
3. Finely chop the onion.
4. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
5. Drizzle sunflower oil over the salad and mix again.
6. Serve immediately or let it marinate in the refrigerator for a while before serving.
