Ingredients:
- 500 g local meat (e.g., beef or pork)
- 300 g seasonal vegetables (e.g., carrots, potatoes, swede)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp fresh herbs (e.g., thyme or rosemary)
- 400 ml local beer
- 100 ml cream (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cut the meat into cubes and season with salt and black pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a large pan and brown the meat until nicely colored.
3. Add the diced vegetables to the pan and sauté for a few minutes.
4. Pour the beer into the pan and let it simmer on low heat for about 15-20 minutes, until the meat is cooked and the vegetables are tender.
5. If using, add the cream and mix well. Let it simmer for a couple more minutes.
6. Serve warm with local beers.
